Visit from Grandparents and Cousins

Yesterday, Lily had some visitors: Grandma and Grandpa K, Jacob and Tyler! Lily was excited to see everyone. We took her swimming at their hotel and Grandma and Grandpa got to see her wonderful swimming skills. Then we went to dinner at the Bass Pro Shop and we had a good time. She enjoyed looking at all the fishes and playing with EVERYTHING. She even was hanging with her cousins looking at the toy guns. She wanted one! Or she just wanted to climb it...who knows.

Here is a picture of Jacob and Tyler. I was trying to get this huge Hammer Head Shark in the picture too- that was above them, but to no avail. It's not very clear because of the lack of light.

I don't know why grandpa is so happy about almost being eaten by a bear....but he was!

Lily stood on her own two feet this weekend!!! It's not long before she starts walking. Oh man!!

Slept through the night!

Yes...can it be true...did my 8 month old baby sleep through the night??? FINALLY??? I am not used to this type of sleeping, nor is my poor boobs! She went to sleep at 9:30 and woke up at 6:15am. I wonder if she will start making this a habit? I rather her wake up once to nurse, because from 4:30am on, I couldn't sleep because my boobs hurt too bad! LOL

New PJ's

I had to buy Lily new PJ's because she is growing so fast. These are 12 month clothes. They are a little big in the torso, but they fit everywhere else. They even have feet on them with grip on the bottom. LOL she is getting so big!

Lily is 7.5 months old and is just busier than ever. She is changing everyday and doing new things everyday as well.

We went on vacation 2 weeks ago to Chicago. We stayed downtown for a few days and had a blast. She travels so easily and she enjoyed herself swimming. Almost makes us want to get a pool.

This past weekend we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa K in Wisconsin. She hasn't seen them in 3 weeks and she remembered them, so that was cool. Lily got to meet a police dog in training. She LOVES animals and she thought this big doggie was the coolest! He liked her too. I have a great picture to post up once I get home and get them formatted. We went swimming at our hotel with Justin and Angie and their kids. Lily swam for an hour and basically slept the entire day on Sunday! She was worn out! Again...another reason to buy a pool!

We got a new car on Friday: Nissan Morano. It's a lot smaller than our previous vehicle, but it's nice and it's better on gas!
